Whether you have taken a home pregnancy test and seen a positive result or are looking for a safe and private place to find out if you are pregnant, your first step is to make an appointment at Solutions Health and Pregnancy Center.
Knowing how far along your pregnancy is will help determine the medical services you need. An ultrasound is the best way to determine gestational age.
Our trained and qualified Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) will conduct a first-trimester scan, which detects fetal heartbeat and measures the baby to determine an accurate due date.
Solutions Health & Pregnancy Center offers free testing to women for ten sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). If you have symptoms, have had unprotected sex, or are pregnant, book an appointment now at our licensed medical center in Shrewsbury.

Solutions Health and Pregnancy Center has offices in Shrewsbury (licensed medical clinic) and Freehold, New Jersey. We help sexually active women facing pregnancy decisions at no cost to them in a private, supportive setting. We provide free pregnancy tests, first-trimester ultrasounds, STD testing for women, and referrals to anyone needing our services.
No insurance is required. We do not provide or refer abortions.
