Free Pregnancy Confirmation Ultrasound

Knowing how far along your pregnancy is will help determine the medical services you need. An ultrasound is the best way to determine gestational age.

1st Trimester Ultrasound

An early pregnancy ultrasound scan is the best way to determine your pregnancy progress and your next steps. At Solutions, you are eligible for an ultrasound between 6 and 12 weeks from your Last Menstrual Period (LMP).

Our trained and qualified Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) will conduct a first-trimester scan, which detects fetal heartbeat and measures the baby to determine an accurate due date.

What if I’m not sure about my dates?

If you’re unsure when your last period was, or your cycle is irregular, you could be earlier or farther along than you think. This can impact your next steps. Your gestational age must be accurate so that you can make an informed decision.

Free & Confidential

Your ultrasound is always free and confidential at Solutions.

You will never receive a bill; no third parties will be notified of your appointment or results. You can be sure that nothing will arrive in the mail, and you will be the only one who knows about your visit to our center.

An ultrasound will help determine your next steps. If you’re unsure what that is, we can provide referrals to medical and material help to guide you through the process.

If you are considering an abortion, it is important to know exactly how far along you are to know what procedures you may consider. For more information on pregnancy decision-making, please read our options page.

Help Qualify for Medicaid

You will need valid medical proof of pregnancy to apply for Medicaid. An ultrasound will confirm a positive pregnancy test. This ultrasound is proof of pregnancy that meets the required standard and can help you qualify depending on your earnings.

It is also important to find out if you have multiple gestations. Family size determines Medicaid income eligibility, including the number of babies in your womb. This can only be determined through an ultrasound, not a urine pregnancy test.
