Once pregnant, a free and private ultrasound will confirm your pregnancy.

If you think you may have been exposed to an STD or STI, it is crucial to get tested right away. Symptoms vary and may not be visible.
FREE OPTIONS COACHING
Once you know that you are pregnant, we can discuss your options. This may be a difficult decision for you.

Solutions Health and Pregnancy Center has offices in Shrewsbury (licensed medical clinic) and Freehold, New Jersey. We help sexually active women facing pregnancy decisions at no cost to them in a private, supportive setting. We provide free pregnancy tests, first-trimester ultrasounds, STD testing for women, and referrals to anyone needing our services.
No insurance is required. We do not provide or refer abortions.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
We ask that you bring a photo ID. No other documentation is necessary.

Do I need an appointment?
You’re welcome to walk in, but we recommend an appointment so we’re sure to be able to serve you. You can schedule an appointment via phone, text, or our website.

Is there a cost?
No. All of our services are free of charge.

Can I bring my boyfriend or husband with me to my consultation?
Yes. Your boyfriend, friend, spouse or family member is welcome to come with you.

How soon can I come in for a pregnancy test?
You may make an appointment as soon as you have missed your period. Our free, medical-grade pregnancy tests are 97-99% accurate and can detect even early pregnancies.

How will I receive my test results?
You will receive your pregnancy test results at the time of your appointment. Results of an STD screen are received approximately one week later at a second appointment.

Do you do abortions?
We do not perform or refer for abortions. All of our services are free so we do not profit from your pregnancy decision.
